Those most likely to pass on the spark we set are those who receive it, i.e. the young people we support.

We have therefore added a component to our sponsorship program that serves the goal of passing on the spark. If the people we support recognize their social responsibility while they are still in education and use their resources to support others in need in the same or a similar way, this would be a welcome and important step on our path.

This doesn't have to be done through money at all, although that could also be a conceivable way of getting involved at a later date. Learning sponsorships, tutoring, supporting other children in their everyday lives or involvement in social projects at school, taking on sponsorships for other children or young people in one's own environment or even further away are all possible ways of doing this. In the beginning, just reporting about one's own career, experiences and ideas can be an achievement of the godfather/ godmother, which others follow.
